Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 1 calendar day before the scheduled appointment.

Changes or cancellations made within 1 calendar day of the appointment, and no-shows, will incur the full cost of the appointment.

In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to waive or refund this fee at our discretion.
